1. Warranty Period

We provide a 12-month limited warranty on all hardware purchased directly from ElimKeys. This coverage begins the day your order is delivered to your doorstep.

2. What is Covered?

During the 12-month warranty period, ElimKeys will provide free repair or replacement for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes:

  • PCB failure or connectivity issues.

  • Non-functional keys or persistent structural defects.

  • Manufacturing issues related to the CNC aluminum chassis.

3. Warranty Exclusions

Please note that this warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Liquid Damage: Spills from water, coffee, or any other substances.

  • Physical Damage: Accidental drops, heavy impacts, or crushing.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any damage resulting from improper disassembly, custom soldering, or firmware flashing not officially supported by ElimKeys (e.g., non-Vial compatible builds).

  • Improper Powering: Damage caused by using non-compliant chargers or faulty cables.

4. Lifetime Support & Out-of-Warranty Repairs

We understand that accidents happen. If your keyboard is damaged outside of the warranty period or due to human factors, we are still here to help. > We offer repair services for a fee that covers replacement parts, labor, and shipping.
